A fixed-price, three-week assessment of how AI is actually running in your association — and what you can tell your members, your board and your chapters about it.
The problem is not usually AI. It is not knowing.
Vendors switch on AI features in software you already pay for. Staff and chapters adopt tools nobody approved. None of that is unusual — but it makes the question hard to answer, and an answer you cannot support is worse than no answer at all.
The assessment establishes what is actually there, who is accountable for it, and what you can say publicly without overstating.

Every tool and feature in use, including the ones enabled inside your AMS, LMS, certification platform and email tools, and anything staff or chapters adopted on their own.
Data exposure map
Which member fields reach which system — and, for trade associations, whether competitively sensitive member-company data is in scope. Plus what each vendor’s terms say about training on your data.
Human review check
Where AI touches people directly — certification eligibility, exam scoring, awards, discipline, job boards, member communications — and whether a person actually decides.
Findings and risk register
What we found, ranked, with an owner and a level of effort against each item. Written to be handed to a board, not filed.
Trust Disclosure statement
A plain-language published page your members and board can read: what you use, what data it touches, where a person decides, who is accountable.
Monitoring recommendation
Whether continuous monitoring is warranted, and at what level. If it is not, we say so.

Both sides know exactly what they are trading. That is the point.
What this is, and is not. The assessment is an independent review against the published Cimbiotic framework. It is assurance, not a guarantee: it does not warrant that your AI use is safe or that it complies with any law or regulation, and it is not a certification of your organization. Vendor certification is a separate scheme with its own criteria, and it can be refused and withdrawn.
